Midlands Residential Care Ltd is a small but growing residential transitional care provider based in the Midlands.
We are currently looking to recruit a number of Residential Support Workers for our brand new home in Birmingham to help make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable young people who reside with us transitioning into adults.
We are looking for passionate, committed and dedicated people to join our family in order to enrich the lives of young people who need it the most.

If you do not have a level 3 qualification, then we will enroll you on to this qualification and offer you plenty of training in order to ensure you have the guidance and attributes to flourish with us.

As a Residential Support Worker, you need to ensure the home operates effectively and ensuring we deliver the best quality of care.
You are required to;
- Ensure the delivery of quality care - continually assessing the young people’s needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance their quality of life.
- Positively influence the reputation of the home - communicating professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders.
- Play an active role in ensuring compliance within the home - managing the implementation of company policies and regulatory requirements; striving to achieve the best possible care rating and other external recognition of quality.
- Maintain clinical excellence - role models high standards of care and support, ensuring legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines are followed.
- To implement individual care plans so as to ensure the welfare of each individual resident.
- For Seniors, you will be required to supervise Residential Support Workers and assist management with ad-hoc duties.
You will need to have experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults and ideally are NVQ 3 qualified (or equivalent).If you have a strong passion for Care and are motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and can show initiative, then this could be the ideal role for you and we would love to hear from you.
