This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. The Strategy and Transformation department is focussed on accelerating the company performance, significantly growing value market share over the next 3 years. There are 6 specialist areas working closely together with the Strategy and Transformation team: Insights and Marketing Effectiveness, Category Development, Revenue Growth Management, Integrated Business Planning, Field Sales Planning, Integration & Transformation.
Each specialism is heavily embedded into the functional teams of the organisation but simultaneously acts as one integrated team to drive strategy and transformation into the business.
The Business Integration & Transformation team, within which this role sits, is responsible for joining up all efforts across functional teams by encouraging collaboration, driving forward planning, synchronisation and transparency in order to effectively execute business plans to drive sustainable growth in line with our strategy.
Your unique contribution
The Integrated Planning Exec is responsible for supporting and leading the processes, tools and conditions that enable this high level of connectivity and collaboration to effectively execute business plans to drive sustainable growth in line with our strategy.
You will have 3 key areas of responsibility:
- Business Planning_
This role supports the Lead Business Integration & Transformation Manager in the coordination & management of the PRUK annual and monthly business planning processes, ensuring activities are co-ordinated across teams and seamlessly connected across departments and throughout the planning cycle.
This will be a key focus for the role for the year ahead as the Group rolls out new systems & processes to facilitate the business transformation ambition [to become a ‘Conviviality Platform’], which will require a revolution of the annual & monthly cycles.
- Asset Sharing_
Maintain, optimise and drive business utilisation of Brand Stream - the PRUK Asset Sharing Platform - as the sole source of assets (e.g. brand histories, sell-in support, campaign information, etc.) that support the commercial team to execute our business plans.
- Project Support_
Support the Business Integration & Transformation Team in the project management of ad hoc cross-functional projects as required.

- Customer Marketing team, including Customer Marketing Directors, Customer Marketing Managers and Execs.

- Commercial team, both Field and National Accounts.
