HR & Payroll Administrator
An amazing opportunity to work for a local founded Bristol brand in South Bristol, who are recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator on a part time basis. 16hrs hours a week and the salary is negotiable up to £25k (pro rata) depending on experience
Your new role
You will hold a pivotal position in the brands operations operating:
- Process payroll monthly 140-167 employees
- Issue staff uniform & mark for deduction on payroll
- Process leavers and issue P45
- Manage any PY discrepancies
- Gather staff rotas from
- Set up new starters on Sage Payroll
- Submit RTI to HMRC
- Deal with all HMRC correspondence relating to PAYE
- Process and pay monthly PAYE payment
- Issue terms and conditions to employees
- Log in to NEST manually to submit pension reports
- Monthly payroll journal to Sage accounts all venues MUST be split and departments used
