**Accompanied Viewer/Property Inspector**

A fantastic opportunity for you to be apart of our estate agency, office located in Audenshaw, Manchester.

As a viewer you must be reliable and have excellent time keeping, as you will be responsible for showing potential tenants various properties available to rent in Manchester and its surrounding area's.
- Driving to and from viewings (DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR ESSENTIAL)
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
- Have good organisational skills
- Carrying out viewings
- Midterm inspections
- Check out inspections
- Canvassing

Flexible days and hours available to be discussed at the face to face interview stage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
