We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at THE STRATFORD Hotel, walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping centre.

We thrive to provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. If you’re interested to build your career in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel security guidelines
- You will be the key to making sure that each and every guest has an enjoyable and comfortable stay, by creating their first impression of our luxurious 5* establishment.

**Skills**
- Work experience as a Room Attendant or Private Houses Cleaning
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
