Our client is looking for a **Vehicle Technician** who is Level 3 qualified with a current MOT Tester license to join their existing team.

As a **Vehicle Technician**, you will be an important member of the dynamic workshop team, carrying out service and repair work promptly following the manufacturer guidelines.

- You will be working in a fully equipped workshop with the latest technologies and access to regular manufacturer training to keep your knowledge and skills up to date.
- You will diagnose, repair and service a range of vehicles by the manufacturer and retailer guidelines, in a timely and efficient manner and to the correct standard.
- The role will suit an experienced and fully qualified automotive technician with excellent fault-finding skills and experience working on a range of vehicles. You will be personable, hard-working, and reliable, with clear written and verbal communicationskills. **What you will need**:

- An Vehicle Technician NVQ level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in light vehicle maintenance and repair
- MOT Testers Licence
- A full UK driving license

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To contribute to the success of the workshop by maintaining a high standard of work with quality as the overriding consideration.
- Using the variety of tools and equipment available to you to service and repair a range of vehicles.
- Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Using the O.E.M. training that will be provided inspect vehicle computers and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
- Take responsibility for your immediate working environment to ensure cleanliness and tidiness are maintained at all times.
- Advise customers on vehicle use and explain the work carried out; with the guidance of other team members when required.
