Daily responsibilities
- Interaction with Customers.
- Receipt process.
- Despatching orders.
- Communicating with drivers
- Update spreadsheets, bookings and load plans.
- Photocopying, filing and scanning.
- Communication with Internal Departments.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is attained.
- Undertake of a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Checking Drivers have the appropriate paperwork.
- Provide and maintain efficient and effective administrative support to the business.
- Provide daily reports/updates to customers.
- To carry out any other administrative task as advised by the administration supervisor and other senior management.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will manage the worker in the course of their work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
