**VISUAL MERCHANDISER - South of England**

As a visual merchandiser you will develop creative visual concepts to build attractive store displays by using creativity that combines the brand's goals with the customer's desires.

Additionally, as a visual merchandiser you will create floor plans for retail space and situate displays in an ideal position to encourage sales. You will use marketing strategy and a creative approach to sales to promote the company's image visually.

**Responsibilities for Visual Merchandiser**

The core responsibilities of this position require you to:

- Daily travel across South region of England.
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers to maximise our brands' exposure.
- Support & train customer staff to develop their understanding of the features and benefits to maximise sales.
- Maximise the visual impact, brand awareness and 'buy-in' across your region.
- Ensure display unit is presentable with adequate stocked literature.
- Research current industry trends and remain on the cutting edge of visual design and merchandising.
- Identify attractive signage concepts to be used in-store and on social media platforms.
- Prepare visual guides instructing retail branches how to appropriately build out and design visual merchandising areas of the store.
- Communicate with marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays.
- Monitor and account for the time required to build and stock store displays and communicate this information with management.
- Design marketing strategies to announce promotions, sales and coming special events within the store.

**Salary & Benefits**

Base £31,500 per annum
