**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dray Driver to operate our 12-tonne delivery vehicle, supporting the timely and professional delivery of our products to trade customers and company-owned taprooms across the UK. You will play a key role in representing our brand on the road and at customer sites, ensuring high standards of customer service and delivery performance.

**Key Duties**
- Delivery of keg and cased goods to multiple customers across Scotland
- Use and maintain delivery equipment
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and any discrepancies
- Operate delivery vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Use manual handling equipment provided in accordance with Manual Handling procedures
- Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition (fuel, oil, etc)
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of the vehicle at all times.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, providing excellent service and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Follow pre-planned route accurately
- Maintain communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route or schedule
- Inform management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time
- Follow delivery instructions from Transport Manager

**Qualifications & Education Requirements**
- Valid Category C2 licence with a clean driving record.
- Driver CPC and valid Digital Tachograph card.
- Good knowledge of UK road networks and delivery procedures.
- Experience in dray or similar delivery work preferred (e.g., beverages, hospitality supply chain).
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused.

**Competencies Required**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy goods
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent knowledge of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth driving routes
- Full, Clean Category C2 Driving Licence
- Minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience
