**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximise profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
