To undertake all activities airside within the Baggage Department. To ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, health & safety, agreed quality standards and performance targets. To represent Cobalt in a professional manner and to take the lead in ensuring safe working practices under the direction of the nominated Baggage Supervisor.
- Experience of baggage systems and processes, especially BRS reconciliation and flight build in the baggage makeup area
- Excellent proven communication skills
- Excellent attitude to customer requirements & customer service
- Good understanding of baggage system - VIBES, Safetrac and Ultra
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines in a very busy operational environment
- Experience driving airside equipment
- Must be flexible to the needs of the operation
- Minimum 2-year experience as Baggage Agent
