HR Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilise HR systems such as Access People, Access Engage, Access Early Pay and CPL to manage employee data and payroll processing
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage internal comms platforms for HR-related activities
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Human Resources practices and procedures, especially ER with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR systems and payroll
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and managers at all levels, HR is an important function within the business
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and adhoc issues that arise efficiently
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15,962.00-£16,312.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
