Experienced Hairstylist

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists by sharing skills, techniques, and best practices to foster their professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes customer loyalty.

**Qualifications**
- Valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Skills in additional areas such as barbering or store management are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £24,744.00-£27,420.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
