We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Painter and Prepper to join our new insurance approved accident repair centre in Stafford. Being a new site there will be lots of opportunity to stamp your identity on the role with daily meetings with managementto ensure we run an efficient workshop and create a great environment to work.
**Bonus: Team Bonus to be implemented**
**Holidays: 20 + Bank Holidays**

The main roles you will be preparing and painting the vehicle after repair**:

- Painting damaged vehicles that have been repaired to a high standard.
- Prepare vehicles to be painted.
- Use the paint mixing technology to mix the paint.
- Rectify any blemishes/runs using polishing techniques.
- Be competent to blend paintwork.
- Must be up to date with latest techniques and technology.
- Competently following the job card and QC process.

**Requirements**:

- ATA or NVQ level 3 Paint
- Experience in working for a Accident Repair Centre
