Storeperson/delivery Driver

Stores Operative / Delivery Driver, £11 per hour

We are recruiting a number of Stores Operatives / Delivery Drivers to work at our client’s site in Glasgow Partick

What to expect

Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm
One hour each day for lunch
Dealing with couriers - accepting and signing off deliveries as well as checking order accuracy
Printing orders using computerised system
Picking and packing orders in preparation for despatch
Driving a small van - delivering packages to staff within the university campus and off site hospital locations
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Handling ad hoc requests for moving equipment and furniture as required
Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
What we’re looking for

A clean driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
Previous warehouse or stores experience
Physically fit as some manual handling involved
Basic computer literacy
An enthusiastic can do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
