**Office based in Exeter x 3 days a week**

Super interesting business based in Exeter, with clients both nationally and internationally, looking for a Digital Communications Manager to plan and deliver proactive digital marketing activities that raise, protect, and grow the profile of the business.

Longer term, the role needs to drive the sales funnel and bridge the gap between sales and marketing, and business development.

In the short term, the business is totally resetting the marketing activity, taking stock of its current position and developing an ambitious growth strategy.

We recognise this is a broad role covering many skill sets, so you don’t have to have in-depth knowledge of every skill needed to fulfil this role, but you do need to know how to set a strategy and have the experience of managing partners/suppliers to achievesuccess.

**Broadly speaking, you need to have experience of**:

- Content creation including blogs, images, video, and any results such as views and engagement.
- SEO - familiar with latest best practice and key tools
- Social media platforms - functionality, potential for use, results from campaign.
Google Adwords - tracking, analysis, campaign results.
- CRM - using systems such as Hubspot.
- Managing and training people.

- Trust - Delegate tasks to individual team members which builds high levels of trust from the team.
- Flair - For creative ideas, strategic thinking, and innovation.
- Commercially aware - business savvy and understand our services, practice, and standards.
- Integrity - Team leaders should lead by example and raise concerns with directors with client/team worries.
- Confidence - Displaying self-belief and confidence in your role and the team itself can help to build confidence in team members.

The focus will initially be on the website (technical and content), social media, content marketing, SEO

**Office based in Exeter x 3 days a week**
