Pr Administrator

**About the role**

Booker Group is looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our PR team based out of our head office in Wellingborough on a part time basis.

**Role Responsibility**
- Resolving queries with support from the wider team as required and escalating those that you are unable to deal with
- The administration of all PR events ie. awards and colleague/customer events
- Liaising with internal and external contacts, eg. customers, representatives of the press, awards bodies, internal colleagues of all levels
- Hotel and travel bookings for event attendees including the PR Manager and Head of PR
- Supporting the PR Manager in the coordination of magazines and articles for publication
- Coordinating awards entry and sponsorship requirements
- Press monitoring and distribution of press cuttings
- Diary management and expense claims
- General admin eg filing and raising of purchase orders
- Arranging venues for internal and external meetings
- Attending some customer/colleague events

**You will need**
- To be highly organised
- Have an eye for detail
- A good level of MS Office experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A confident and proactive approach
- To be flexible to manage changing priorities
- SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential
