The position of Administrator/Helpdesk Operator will be to provide all administration support to the Service Department. That covers a wide Range of Products Including, Roller Shutters, Steel Doors, Speed Doors, Loading Bay Equipment, Automatic Doors, Automatic Gates, Traffic Barriers, Fire Curtains and More.

Customer service skills in a growing and very busy service department.

Job Responsibility's
- Logging Job Requests
- Dealing with Telephone queries relating to Service Department
- Updating Engineers Service Reports
- Liaising with customers and clients on progress of jobs
- Keeping Service Schedules
- Processing of engineer paperwork
- Invoicing the calls when completed on Field Management System
- Overall General Administrative duties
- Invoicing Jobs on completion
- Comprising Debtors Lists
- Credit Control

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigavon, BT63 5WG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
