Abbots Care strive to provide both person-centered and unique care to each and every one of our service users in our community.

We are currently recruiting for an compassionate and supportive individual who has experience with learning disabilities. The role will include aspects of personal care, assisting with day to day tasks and accompanying when attending community groups and activities.

The package is based Hemel Hempstead, the successful support worker must have a full UK driving license and access to there own car.

24 hour care is required on a 1 to 1 basis with morning, evening and waking nights shifts, shift patterns as follows:

- Morning: 8am-3pm
- Evening: 3pm-10pm
- Waking nights: 10pm-8am
- Experience in care/support work
- Learning Disabilities
- Providing Personal care
- Administrating medication

We can offer:
