I am exclusively working with a global, market leading organisaiton within the Aerospace/ Metals sector on an exciting opportunity to join their team. This role would be to work closely with some key clients across the business and support the business intheir administration

Package Details:

- £18K-£22K (Depedning on level of experience)
- Yearly bonus
- Progression
- Office based - 5 days per week, 8:30am - 17:00pm
- 23 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) rising to 28 with service
- Pension - 5% employee contribution, 3% employer (employer contribution rises with service - max 8%)

Role Details:
To manage contract and key accounts in the following activities
- Quoting
- Booking orders / work orders / directs / buyouts
- Expediting material through the supply chain
- Uploading forecasts and managing line of balance
- Support the sales team within administration, general enquiries, sourcing information and market help and feedback.
- Participate in weekly meetings with Branch Manager/ VP Sales - Speciality Distribution to assess the numbers and provide feedback in the running of accounts.
- Generate weekly report to VP Sales - Speciality Distribution that highlights activities and status on all Contracts.
- Generate monthly report to VP Sales - Speciality Distribution that consolidates and summaries the weekly reports but also provides recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that regular dialogue occurs with Contract Inventory Management with a view to reaching the objective of reducing the obsolete and slow-moving inventory.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within administration in a fast paced environment
- Ability to establish good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to set timescales
- Strong interpersonal skills
