Finance Business Partner

Due to exceptional growth, we have a newly created role for a Commercial Finance Business partner to come and join us on a permanent contract.

This role is an exciting opportunity to establish the UK in Solutions Finance, integrating and embedding UK contracts while ensuring alignment and consistency. The UK is naturally a high-profile region, and this role has a real opportunity to drive the profitability of UK Solutions.

You will partner with Directors across the business to drive performance. If you are a qualified Accountant with a great blend of Technical Accounting skills and commercial acumen, we would love to hear from you.

**Here are some of the things you can expect in the role?**
- Business partnering: Develop an excellent understanding of your clients, including detailed knowledge of the client contract with a particular focus on fees and revenue recognition
- Remain in close proximity with the project teams and partnership managers, and ensure alignment on upcoming priorities and assumptions
- Embed UK clients into Solutions Finance processes, ensuring consistency and standardisation
- Successfully establish monthly Solutions partnership packs and reporting for ORL and Morrisons
- Successfully establish regular NPV reporting for ORL and Morrisons, and support the Finance Manager with NPV modelling for new sites and products
- Active member in the annual Budget and ongoing Forecast process, understanding key drivers for cost/revenue variances
- Produce and refresh new site NPVs to support QPR and CEG processes in PI Finance
- Prepare and ensure effective/ value adding inputs into MI and Partnership packs
- Present to and coach the Partnership Manager to ensure they feel they own their results, Forecasts and Budget and that they can talk to their Senior Stakeholders in a knowledgeable fashion
- Effective working relationships with other teams to ensure understanding, accurate accounting and variance analysis of Solutions costs in their areas (matrix reporting)
- Review and challenge of weekly and monthly volume performance, working with the Partnership Managers to identify actions to drive improvements

**Here's what we are looking for**:

- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent
- Experienced Business Partner
- Effectively manages multiple priorities/activities
- Develops and manages financial models for business cases, budgets and forecasts
- Able to communicate insight in a visual and meaningful way relevant to the audience
