**Auction Support Assistant**:

- Location: _Queensferry__

**Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement at our Queensferry Branch (North Wales - Postcode CH5 2TB) for a full time Auction Support Assistant.**

The role will involve but not be limited to:

- First point of contact for customers, actioning inbound and outbound customer calls, as necessary.
- Managing payments, through cash handling and prommt portal.
- Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams
- Support the onboarding process of new customers and maintain accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers.
- Be involved in call campaigns, contacting customers to increase attendance for special sales programmes.
- Keep all systems up to date with customer contact details.
- Open new buyer accounts.
- Close accounts and remove access where required and in a timely manner.
- Credit control assistance, working closely with Branch Manager to ensure lots are paid for, as set out within the terms and conditions.
- Stock control, working closely with the Operations Manager to drive down sold assets awaiting collection.
- Rostrum Clerk duties where required.
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
- Good level of IT literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Cash handling experience
- Hard working and motivated
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, within a fast paced environment
- Organisation and time management skills
- Credit control experience desirable

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (30 min lunch). Note Tuesday finish may require flexibility to accommodate the auction.
