**Store Manager** **Location: Shandwick Place** **Contract Type**:Permanent **Contract Hours**:Full Time (40 hours per week) **Starting Rate**:£11.50 with further increase following completion of successful training VPZ are the market-leading vape and e-cig retailer in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join our team in Shandwick Place. **What you'll be doing** As Store Manager (E-Cigarette Specialist), you'll be: - Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations - Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role - Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges - Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice **Your experience** - Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment - Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic - Able to work well under pressure when required. **What we can offer** VPZ is a family-run business with our head office in Edinburgh.
