**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders while ensuring all dietary requirements are noted
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions where possible
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive attention throughout their visit

**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and teamwork in a restaurant environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
