**Job Overview**
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. You will play a key role in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and fostering relationships with our followers. This position requires a strong understanding of social media management.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to enquiries and engage with followers.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Assist in managing public relations efforts through social media channels to enhance brand reputation.

**Skills**
- Full understanding of social media and the knowledge of the various platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design; familiarity with graphic design tools would be a major advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the company directors.
