To provide administrative support to a children’s residential home
**Hours**
37.5 hours per week. Full and part time hours will be considered.
**Salary**
£12,902.67
- 27 days annual leave rising to 30 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years plus bank holidays._

**We are** looking for caring, positive and professional Administrator to join our committed team who;
NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent, or willingness to work towards the award
Previous experience of office work, preferably in a residential setting
Efficient and accurate keyboarding skills and ability use Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
**Key Duties**:
To establish, monitor and maintain administrative systems which ensure that the records of the young people in residence are accurate and up to date.
To act as an interface between the home and outside organisations and individuals in order to minimise the diversion to operational staff.
