**Role of an Employability Trainer**
- Collaborate and connect with young people, external partners and stakeholders to ensure relationships are at the heart of everyday practice
- Deliver Construction experiential learning sessions to varied group of learners, face to face
- Monitor, review, inspire and support learners undertaking school programmes, vocational apprenticeship programmes and industry coaching
- Show a commitment to ensuring professional development remains relevant and up to date through accessing current research
- To ensure full compliance with GDPR and other compliance requirements

**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of the training sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of the construction sector would be advantageous but not essential
**Package**
- Salary Banding - £24,000 to £27,000 per annum
- Scottish Living Wage Accredited

- Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
