Podiatry Operational Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support a team of specialist podiatrists and administrators. The role is accountable for working with the General Manager and Clinical Service Manager / Deputy Service Manager and the wider Senior Management Team to ensure the operational delivery of high quality and efficient patient focused service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, energetic, patient-focused, talented, caring and committed Podiatry Operational team leader with a passion for supporting your colleagues to join the Podiatry team covering Brighton and Hove.
The successful applicant will be extremely organised and have the ability to work independently under their own initiative whilst recognising the importance and value of working within the wider specialist team. They must be caring, and committed to improving patient care and developing high quality services, focusing on improving patient outcomes.
Applicants must be HCPC registered and be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of working with podiatric patients, as well as having a broad range of experience working within the NHS.
It is essential that applicants hold a full UK driving license and have a car available for work, as the Podiatry Team Lead will be required to travel between SCFT community sites.
