Our national client currently has vacancies in their Grantham recycling plant.

We require general operatives as well as FLT drivers with full training given on all roles.

If you don't mind good honest hard work and want to get off the agency merry go round, then this is the job for you.

Based on a 12 week temp to perm contract, we have the following vacancies

**Compressor Operative - Mon to Fri rotating shift pattern of 0600-1400/2200-0600/1400-2200 £10.26 per hour (overtime at time and a half)**
- Operating machinery
- Changing blades
- Keeping the machine running
- Making sure the work area is clean and tidy

**Nights General Operative Mon to Fri 2200-0600 £10.26 ph**
- De-glassing fridges - Removing glass from fridges
- De-cabling fridges - Cutting cables from fridges
- A FLT Licence would be an advantage but not essential - Training is available

**Days General Operatives Mon to Fri 0700-1600 £9.45 per hour**
- Operating machinery and tools
- Dismantling
- De-gassing
- Housekeeping

**Forklift Driver for Goods In - £10.70 per hour**

**4 days on 06:00-18:00 with 4 days off followed by 4 nights on 18:00-06:00 with 4 days off**
- Offloading and loading materials from each vehicle
- Monitoring and controlling continuous flow of materials in the factory
- Ensuring that products are in the required area
- Ensure the area always remains clear of debris

**Appliance Engineer - £10.25 per hour**

**Monday to Friday 8am-5pm**
- Fault finding and diagnosis of a range of domestic appliances
- Repair of products after being graded
- Harvesting spare parts from donor products
- Determine the product serves its original purpose and works correctly
- Completing all required paperwork
- Proactively helping and supporting other team members
