Working within Homefire Group, an opportunity has arisen for a Cash and Carry Administrator to join our Hull Depot on a temporary, part time basis.
The role of the Cash and Carry Administrator consists of serving customers in the cash and carry shop with a pre-agreed price card, taking card payments and placing orders on to the cash and carry account using our in house computer system.
**Accountabilities -**
- Good computer literacy skills, with the ability to take card payments and place orders using our in house computer system.
- Reconciling day end accounts on the computer system and the card machine
- Ordering, issuing and maintaining stock levels of stationary, PPE and consumables
- Excellent telephony skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience within a customer service environment

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
