**The role**:
Reporting to the R&D Project Manager you will be responsible for digitization of specifications on behalf of the Product Development and Technical Brand Teams to ensure readiness for the next stage of the programme.

Working closely with Product Development and Regulatory, you will coordinate and assemble completed specifications. You will also be responsible for the coordination of the specification approvals workflow in SAP, with the support of Product Design and Technical Data Teams.

You will have the ability to connect effectively with a cross-section of R&D peers and demonstrate excellent attention to technical data and accuracy.

**The person**:

- Degree educated (or equivalent) in a Food Science discipline.
- Understanding of product & process development, ideally within Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar inhouse systems
- Experience in specification interpretation and documentation skills, including word & excel
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organisation.
- Able to prioritise multiple activities and to work under pressure to tight deadlines
