Multi Tradesman/woman

We are looking to hire a multi tradesperson to join the team to carry out general building and maintenance tasks across London and the South East.

The purpose of the job is to respond to reactive and planned maintenance works and complete repairs as directed by the director and complete the necessary repairs/works to the customers satisfaction.

The role entails working independently and regularly at times within a team.

**What does the role involve?**

As a Multi Tradesperson you’ll take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to domestic and commercial properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard, with our teams carrying out daily works such as;
- General Property maintenance including shower adaptions and voids
- General Building
- General Carpentry
- General Ground works such as fencing
- General Flooring and Tiling
- General Plumbing issues
- General Painting & Decorating
- General Plastering

Price work also available.

**What do you need?**

Ideally you should have at least 5 years experience within the trade.

You should have excellent communication skills.

You should be well presentable, clean and smart.

You must be reliable and a good time-keeper.

You should have a relevant trade qualification or extensive 'on the job' experience.

You should be CIS registered and a CSCS card would be desirable, however training can be given.

A Full Driving Licence, vehicle and own tools.

Willing to travel across London and the Southern counties.

**Salary**: £125.00-£150.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
