A permanent, full time role based in Manchester City Centre, offering hybrid working and up to £27,000 per annum for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking for people leadership roles.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Team Leader will include, but may not be limited to;
- Proactively manages internal and external queries, using appropriate communication channels and escalating where appropriate, in order to ensure that expectations are managed effectively and that all queries are followed up in a timely and efficient manner,delivering excellent service experience at all times;
- Ensures that all transactional processes are executed on time, with high levels of accuracy and as efficiently as possible to improve the overall cost efficiency of the department and minimise the risk of error which could result in a financial penalty;
- Ensures all business processes that impact on the Accounts Receivable team are delivered effectively and collaboratively with internal colleagues to find solutions to issues that could hinder the ability to provide timely and accurate invoices to our customers;
- Takes personal responsibility for the effective delivery of the Accounts Receivable cycle of work, using judgement to refer or resolve issues and meets or exceeds established service levels and KPIs in line with departmental objectives, maximising? theorganisations ability to meet its strategic objectives.

**Profile**
- Full end to end Accounts Receivable experience;
- 2-3 years minimum of supervising or mentoring a team of AR professionals;
- Experience in managing month end closures;
- Ability to think on their feet and working to payment KPI's;
- Experience in working in a high volume, processing environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to problem solve.

**Job Offer**

- Hybrid working, with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the centrally based office;
- Paying between £23,000 and £27,000 depending on experience.
