**Position Summary**:
As our Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will work closely with the Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams in the execution of the company’s international marketing campaigns. **What You Will Do**:

- Set-up and coordinate the international marketing campaigns to ensure high quality execution to agreed deadlines
- Plan and set-up NAVEX virtual webinars and promotional activities
- Coordinate the logistics of in-person events and conferences _(post-pandemic activity)_
- Work with our translation agency to request, manage and update translations
- Assist with content workflow and managing assets on the company intranet
- Create purchase order requests, managing the legal contract process and tracking tasks
- Support marketing and sales teams with slide deck creation and brand management
- Proactively communicate project and marketing updates to relevant stakeholders and groups

**What You Will Need**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience, marketing qualifications are **_a plus_**
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and be a true team player
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines
- Ability to write customer-centric marketing and promotional copy
- A passion for learning and innovation, taking pride in the quality of your work
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
