People first advisory business to leading global advertising agencies are looking for a Senior Developer to join their development team. They pride themselves on their collaborative environment and ability to develop people and really encourage continuouslearning.

The platform is serverless native and the current stack is React, Typescript, Rust and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB), with some python and PHP. It's a broad range and it is important you are flexible, hands-on and willing to learn new things as/when/if the timecomes and figure stuff out as you go. Although, it is only expected that you'll know React, Typescript and some AWS, the rest can all be picked up.

As an experienced developer its necessary to be a team player, knowledge share, input into wider technical discussions, share views, debate and support others etc. and any willingness to lead or mentor will all be looked at favourably.

Its a great environment, friendly, flexible, collaborative. They are quick to adopt new tools and technologies and are great at levelling up individuals and the team with a number of SME Coaches in the business to support that training and development.

Primarily work from home/remote - approx. 3 days per month in the London office.
