Due to company expansion, MSC Accident Repair Centre are currently seeking a highly ambitious and professional Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking to appoint somebody with a great 'can-do’ attitude, who is enthusiastic,pro-active and diligent. **_ROLE SPECIFICS_**-**_** - Efficiently manage customer accounts to ensure agreed payment terms are being met - Allocate customer receipts accurately (bank payments, as well as card, cash and cheque) - Running credit checks and reviewing credit limits - Preparing and processing sales invoices, ensuring these are delivered to our customers in a timely manner - Calculating, raising, and posting highly accurate commissions against applicable sales invoices - Building strong relationships with customers - Assisting with month end reconciliations - Internal & External Audits - Carry-out & assist with weekly/monthly reporting - General admin/filing & help with other accounts work on an adhoc basis **_OTHER EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS TO INCLUDE -_** - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - A great team player, who can easily build relationships with all departments in the company - Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude - Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload - Exceptional attention to detail - Very good written and spoken English is essential **_THE PACKAGE & COMPANY BENEFITS -_** - 30 hours / 4 days per week (**)**: - Monday - Friday (no weekends or compulsory overtime) - The role is office-based - 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) - Statutory Sick Pay - Workplace Pension Scheme - Membership to Benefits portal; offering discounts, vouchers, etc. - Free Refreshments - Complimentary 4-weekly Payday Lunches - On-site staff parking - Free on-site charging for staff with Electric vehicles - Employees can benefit from our Trade Discounts for parts, tyres, etc. - Staff Referral Bonus for introducing new team members **_ABOUT THE COMPANY -_** MSC Accident Repair Centre are very successful, well-established, family-run business, who have been in the area for over 40 years.
