**The Role**
This role is to maximise profit through effective management of the store and productivity of team whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are achieved.
**The roles and responsibilities for Store Manager - Fashion & Accessories**:
- Train, supervise, develop and motivate employees to achieve the goals of the store.
- Ensure service standards and behaviours are in line with training and brand guidelines at all times.
- Ensure stock management policies and processes are implemented and followed at all times.
- Provide all reports, as requested from Management, within the deadlines as communicated.
- Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Take full responsibility for the store, including security, conversion, people management and general store performance.
**To be successful in this Store Manager - Fashion & Accessories are**:
- Previous experience in a Deputy, Store OR Department manager level working in retail and/or fashion accessories
- Have experience dealing with international customers
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines.
