**Responsibilities**:

- Work with brokers and agents to process claims.
- Review policies to understand coverage and determine appropriate action.
- Contact policy holders for updated information when required.
- Communicate with customers to determine reasonable resolution of a claim.
- Resolve claims with the provider.
- Follow up on unresolved claims.

Pay based on experience. Open to negotiation.
