Fabricator/welder

We are currently recruiting for a fabricator/welder to join our well established manufacturer within DN21.
Pay is starting at £13.59 an hour.
We are looking for:
Experienced Fabricator/ welder wanted for a variety of work ranging from thin gauge to heavy fabrication. Ability to take bespoke products from manufacturing drawings all through the production process.

**Responsibilities**:
Marking out and measuring, reading and interpret engineering drawings.
Capable of checking own work and others
Able to mig/tig mma mainly stainless steel, carbon steel. Aluminium is a plus.
Use of all fabrication tools, power rolls ,ironworker guillotine ,plasma ,oxy-acetylene, grinders, hand folders.
Hand tools
Use of Overhead cranes and forklift, driving licence an advantage.
A self-motivated person who can work on their own or within a team, a problem solver
Willing to work on-site if requested and any other work, able to work overtime when required.
Ability to work efficiently to meet targets, work unsupervised and use initiative An awareness of health and safety.
Maintain good housekeeping practices
Be consistent, punctual,flexible, conscientious and ensure that procedures are being followed.
Able to demonstrate a methodical approach
