**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes.
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as required.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Help with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Dispose of waste correctly and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities within the kitchen.
