Head of Global Spa

This award winning organic luxury skincare brand have a new role as Global Head of Spas.

They are wishing to develop the Spa channel strategy for the uk and international markets, so you would be responsible for the full channel P&L.

Reviewing existing facial protocols and create new and exciting protocols along with developing a new training structure and tools.

Building new spas, clinics and beauty therapist connections to enable the brand to be the natural and organic favorites facialist brands with the UK and International Spa channels.

You will be the Spa Expert Understanding all challenges and opportunities, make recommendations to enable the success of the brand within Spas, building potential revenue target and with the set budgets. Training and support will fall within your remit.

Developing facial protocols, monitor spa sales and profit performance as well as for the retail side of the business. Educating Thereapists with better selling techniques.

Negotiating terms and commercial contracts (with the Sales Director) and ensuring always up to date. Building new relationships to enharnce the business.

Reviewing current Spa clientele and maximising sales opportunities and reaching out to new Spas, Clinics and beauty therapists in the UK and Globally. Onboarding of new accounts, organising training schedules, purchase orders, launching promotions and coordinating the internal systems. Marketing of the business and products and new product development to exhibit to clients.

This role is field based and hybrid working in the office/and from home. You will be required to develop a training manual, visiting all Spas, Clinics and hotels and ensure all best practice is in place.

As the channel is bringing revenue, there will be opportunities to hire trainers, freelancers depending on the needs. Recruit and train the new employees and make them feel welcome within the team. Share the company's values and work ethics. Provide on-going feedback as well as doing mid and year-end performance reviews with reporting and networking.

You will have the pleasure of attending professional trade shows if necessary to stay on top of trends and innovation in that channel

Monitoring on a regular basis consumer spa trends, competitors and bestsellers to feedback information to the Director and CEO.

Your strategy and goals will be as follows:

- Find X new customers in Y territory.
- Keep revenue at £x or increase by X%.
- Track protocol profit and retail sales and provide a ROI of x
- Run x trainings / month with successful feedback

Required background:

- 5+ years of experience in Spa Beauty Channel
- Multi skilled in Facial protocols, training, account management and outreach.
- Existing contacts with Spa channel is necessary
- People person and love building customer relationships
- Excellent trainer
- Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
- Understand how to nurture, develop and grow key customer accounts and relationship
- Develop company-wide relationships
- Have a passion for beauty & skincare
- Be willing to travel regularly to spas, clinics, and training.

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
