£23,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
Full Time 41.5 Hour Week (Part Time Flexibility available)
Main duties and responsibilities
- including but not limited to:
- Producing and processing Operation and Maintenance Manuals
- Assist and support our Document Control Team
- Review, manage and update the document management procedures
- General administration tasks such as archiving, photocopying, scanning, converting drawings to various file formats, binding, and assisting where required.
- To be the first point of contact for queries and support and any Document Control related issues.
- General liaison within the team and Third Parties to ensure that good working relationships are maintained.
- Coordinating project information between internal teams and external customers/clients
- Assist in the continues improvement of systems and processes company wide.
Key Skills and competencies:
- Reliable, committed, and hardworking
- Genuine interest and desire to gain new skills
- Experience in the use of all Microsoft packages
- particularly Word and Excel
- The ability to follow tasks from creation to completion
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work as an active team member whilst equally comfortable working alone
- Excellent attention to detail
