**What Will You Be Doing?**

As a Warranty Coordinator for Daikin UK, you will be focussed on processing warranty claims from customers in line with the company’s warranty claims procedure.

You will:

- Receive and understand a warranty spare part request and evaluate the validity of the claim.
- Discuss, identify, and find the right spart part required from a range of different product sources.
- Work across multiple platforms including CRM Systems, SAP, and Daikin’s Internal Data Bank.
- Work closely with your team, customers, and other internal departments to process claims.
- Communicate with customers to keep them up to date with their order progress and advise them of any order issues and solutions.
