We are building, growing, and moving forward, and we are looking for motivated Team Leaders with Domiciliary Care Experience to help us lead and guide our care teams. This role is a full-time salaried position and would require availability to be part of the rotational on-call team.

**We would need you to have the following skills for this role**:

- 3 years’ experience in the care Industry (Preferably Domiciliary Care)
- Working towards or having an NVQ3.
- Have strong people skills.
- Experience in Medication Management and Care Planning.
- Availability to be part of the rotational on-call team.
- To provide leadership to the care staff within Optimal Future
- To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
- To supervise the care services within Optimal Future in accordance with agreed standards To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date

**You will be**:

- Excellent in time management and reliability.
- Understanding the needs of people who require care and support at home.
- Competent in using best practices regarding providing high-quality person-centered care.
- Skilled to carry out the regulatory responsibilities of a Team leader
- Understanding of the law and regulations relating to care services.
- Able to maintain confidentiality in relation to clients, staff and the Company.
- Able to follow safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize yours’s and your team’s workload and effectively meet deadlines. Experienced in leading and managing your team through substantial growth and development.
