RESPONSIBILITIES
The Planning Intern plans, develops, and conducts extensive research and analyses to identify key business participants, determine the strengths and weaknesses of existing operations and market trends, and find new business opportunities. They work in any part of the Global Supply Chain for Colour Cosmetics. The role involves working on initiative planning, material supply, production, development, and availability planning, inventory, and master data.
**Your main focus**: Work on day-to-day processes and projects that involve working with muti functional teams inside and outside the planning hub. You will work on a continuous improvement project focusing on a specific area of supply chain planning Take part in shaping the employee engagement agenda by participating in one of the Ashford Taskforces to promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Sustainability, and Employee Wellbeing. Support business planning functions for new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances Proactively anticipate and rapidly adapt to evolving market needs.

The team consists of up to 10 team members including Planners, Category Supply Managers and Senior Supply Managers. You will engage key stakeholders both internally and externally to help broaden your knowledge of end-to-end supply chain process. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to be innovative. As a Planning Intern you proactively seek out knowledge to expand your understanding of Supply Chain and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Educated to A-level and in process of completing a numerate degree: Engineering, Science, Maths, Business, Supply Chain. Competent user of IT Systems - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more Capable of building and managing relationships with both internal staff and external partners. Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
