Brook Street are working in a Partnership with a 5-star luxury Scottish hotel ideally located in the picturesque city of Inverness. The Hotel is beautifully designed to reflect the finest in contemporary luxury. Featuring 47 bedrooms, one bar, one function room and a beautiful garden that hosts weddings and other special events all year round. The job: As a Deputy General Manager you will lead a team of 25-30 staff members, supervisors. You will be assisting the General Manager in running a busy hotel, including forecasts, budgeting, recruitment and supervising day to day operation. You will be working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure that business standards and goals are achieved. Most of all, you will be passionate about delivering excellent service, maintain a positive attitude, share your enthusiasm and be hands on, inspirational leader.
