**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light household duties (for home care roles).
- Record and report changes in health, behaviour, or condition to the senior team.
- Follow care plans and comply with safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety policies.
- Encourage service users to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments or community outings if required.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in a care role essential
- Driver due to location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £13.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
