**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Customer Service Assistant** to support our sales operations and ensure a seamless order management process from start to finish. In this role, you will be the link between our customers, internal teams, and partners, ensuring the accuracy of order data, the coordination of shipments, and the smooth processing of invoices. Your ability to manage information and communicate effectively will be key to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is collected and correctly entered.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on order progress, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company’s systems.
- Provide regular updates to customers and act as a point of contact for inquiries related to their orders.
- Support invoicing activities and assist with documentation and reporting when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
