**Responsibilities**
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and Xero or similar.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as preparing necessary documentation.
- Support the team with clerical tasks and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Personnel: time keeping, sickness, holidays, problems, other leave & ad hoc problems.
- Manage complaints from customers and liaise with team to find a resolution.
- Invoicing.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Prior administrative and office experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with Xero or similar and data entry
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Clerical experience is a plus

**Summary**

As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will involve utilising your strong organisational skills and clerical experience to manage data entry, maintain records, and assist with various office tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero, alongside excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, will be vital in fostering a productive work environment. Pay: £22,880.00-£24,074.00 per year
