Our client is a global integrated shopper agency that delivers value by working with clients and their strategic partners to develop and implement omni-channel communications creatively and efficiently. Their innovative approach and industry leading knowledgebase has led to significant growth, the expansion of a huge global branded FMCG account and two new high profile FMCG account wins. As such, they are now seeking to appoint a digitally focused Senior Designer (hybrid with 2 days in London) that has a good grasp of shopper marketing and FMCG communications.

The role is multi-channel but has a strong bias towards digital and you’ll need to be familiar with creating a wide range of assets from key visuals to digital touchpoints including video storyboards, e-comm assets and toolkits for brand and category led activation.

We will expect you to work alongside senior team members and demonstrate an ability to work with mínimal supervision, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, presenting work and persuasively articulating your ideas at all levels.

**Senior Designer Responsibilities & Core Duties**:

- Ability to think laterally, creating multiple solutions to a given design/marketing brief
- Understand and deliver a best practice approach to creative projects
- Be pro-active, inquisitive, and challenging
- Self-motivated and able to manage creative projects from brief through to production with the support of the Global Design and creative Directors
- To be a respected, valued, and trusted part of the creative team
- Develop & maintain a strong relationship with internal and client teams, and consistently strive to exceed their expectations
- Leverage your Shopper Marketing knowledge to develop designs that are based on a real world understanding of retail design practices
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of client brand guidelines and design principles
- Manage client expectations and build a reputation for commercially driven creativity
- Gain trust, authority, and respect from the client and challenge creative briefs and actively lead creative work
- Be proactive with day-to-day creative decisions and be calm under pressure
- Take full accountability for your work to ensure that deadlines are met, and implementation is to a high standard

Se**nior Designer Skills and Experience required**:

- Design degree or equivalent experience and prior shopper marketing / FMCG Design experience
- Ability to clearly and confidently present your work in front of both internal team members and external clients
- Experience of design and creating multi-channel content
- Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver all effectively
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and colour management
- Understanding of latest design trends
- Proven self-starter with a strong attention to detail
- A strong team player
- Good planning and organising skills
- Expertise in Adobe CC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
